Ice fishing has kicked off this week on Big Stone Lake! I spent yesterday afternoon checking many of the accesses on the lake and found 6"-8" of consistent ice. Overnight temps are forecasted in the single digits over the next few nights, which should build on an already solid base.
Perch and bluegill fishing should be excellent again this season, the video below will cover locations, techniques, and tackle.
